Santa Rosa West

About Santa Rosa West

Santa Rosa West (SRW) property owners association represents 1290 acres of the communities of the Santa Rosa Plateau. It is the only association with a 10-acre minimum parcel size, and is composed of agricultural, equestrian, and luxury estates. The trails here are open to use by residents on foot or horseback only. Bicycling is not allowed on their portion of the Plateau interconnecting trail system. The terrain in SRW tends to be more rolling hills than oaks and boulders.

Why we love it

The 10-acre minimum in SRW provides a lovely separation between ranches. We also love the effect of its rolling hills, without a lot of oak tree clusters and boulder outcroppings. This provides for large equestrian ranches and farms with robust orchards and vineyards.

What to expect

You won't know when you leave one POA and enter another, so it will be a subtle moment when you realize that the ranches are a little more spread out.

Need to know

Because the parcels are generally larger than the other areas, the dues reflect that. There is no clubhouse or common grounds.
