Kelly Smith relaunched her Real Estate career, after co-founding a successful construction company with her husband. She is BACK IN THE SADDLE…better, smarter, faster, and more passionate than ever!
Kelly and her husband, Steve, moved to La Cresta in 2002 from Orange County. They found a property they loved, yet knew that it needed to be made their own.
With this experience as a ranch owner, and having sold and built projects all over the Plateau, Kelly brings a depth of knowledge of this area, which is unrivaled. She is a community advocate and philanthropist, and loves to share her passion for the Plateau with her clients.

Jake Ralston obtained his Broker license in 2004 at the age 24. His mission is simple; to enjoy life and represent his clients with the highest standards of skill, care and integrity.
Having lived on ranches growing up, he immediately felt a deep connection to La Cresta and loves to experience the Santa Rosa Plateau with his wife and 3 boys, (including twins!).
